Department of Health - Teen Health

Brief:
To create and produce a fun conversation tool that can be distributed to youth centres/clubs across the UK - to encourage teens (11 to 16) to be more open and able to discuss issues including relationships, sex, taking drugs, drinking alcohol, etc.

Solution:
Zones is essentially an educational and thought provoking tool that's disguised as a fun board game. Zones gets teens to work in teams and battle each other by completing play tasks, answering trivia questions, and more notably by going head to head with other teams in a debate-style contest. The debates are based on prominent teen issues and particular scenarios they find themselves in.
