Brief:
Develop an integrated campaign promoting Bluewater as the best place to be at Christmas time.

Solution:

Play on the nostalgia and magic adults once felt at Christmas time – to remind the big kid in all of us, just how wonderful Christmas still is.

We took the old nutcracker story as inspiration – visually it’s enchanting, and musically it’s heart warming. But we needed to give it a modern twist, in keeping with the modern day and Bluewater itself.

Two adults dressed up as a nutcracker soldier and ballerina, front the campaign– they’re the ‘grown-ups’ that Bluewater have reminded just how fun Christmas used to be.
